Return Policy: Warranty claims are completely excluded for these individual items.

The seller may use any shipping company for shipping. The shipping company is then the seller's vicarious agent.

If the shipment is lost after being handed over to the shipping company, the seller must immediately reship the ordered item if it is an item that the seller still has in stock or can easily produce again. (Not possible for single items).

If the lost item is a unique item (e.g. a work of art, an antique or a custom-made item), the obligation to resend the item does not apply. Instead, the seller must refund the purchase price to the buyer, including any shipping costs.
